European Elvis Interpretation Competition at the Gasometer. I made 2nd place in this preliminary contest (as to be expected, the winner was a local champion), which qualifies me for the main competition – whenever it might take place...

FTD ELVIS event in Schwechat, which provided me with the first big opportunity of the year: to play Elvis songs with members of the legendary cover band MONTI BETON, such as lead vocalist Thomas Schreiber.

Original Vienna Brothers performed at Copa Kagrana (Felber Bakery). Nearly the entire first part had to be repeated because the beginning had been scheduled very unwisely (not by us) … the atmosphere ended up being great anyway…

Fourth Classical Music Evening in a Lutheran church in Liesing, Vienna (23rd district), organized by students of vocal music instructor Helga Dersch, repertoire, photos. Thankfully I was able to give a good performance (the others were excellent as well, of course), the unpleasant incident of the preceding year was forgotten and I am optimistic about performing other such concerts in the future...

Christmas story Scrooge played at the Theaterbühne Bunt Gemischt, the new version included more music and songs, such as songs performed by the Ghost Rattling his Chains and the Ghost of Christmas Present.! The melody was originally composed by Claudine Gerrits, but a fact that isn?t mentioned is that 3 of the 7 songs that are incorporated into the play were adapted by me. Original Vienna Brothers Xmas Special at the Theaterbühne Bunt Gemischt, photos, in my opinion, an excellent evening. For the first time we also played gospel music (Oh Come All Ye Faithful and Amazing Grace). This caused me to be somewhat nervous, but in the end both the audience and I myself were very happy with the performance.
